MVP Summit Comes to a Close

The MVP Summit here in Redmond came to a close just a couple of days ago, and I didn't even get a t-shirt.  Of course, that might be because Microsoft has not yet seen fit to bestow upon me the title of MVP.  But I had a great time getting together with Graz (Bill Graziano), Nigel, and Scott Mitchell for dinner Wednesday night.  It sounds like they had some great sessions, but nobody could share any details since they're under an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).  After dinner, Nigel took me and Graz to meet some other MVPs and MVP Leads from the UK.  We had a great time, but I can't tell you what happened after that because we have an NDA of our own for the evening.

But, Graz took the opportunity to harass me for not getting my registration for the PASS Community Summit in Orlando finished yet.  (Yeah, yeah, I'll get to it.)  So, I thought I'd take this opportunity to encourage everyone who uses SQL Server to be there.  I've been to the last two, and they have been great experiences.  Good information, good people, good food...what more do you need?  Oh, and probably sunshine, too, since it will be in Florida!  So go on now, don't be a laggard like me, go get your registration and reservations in!
